In 1964, following the passing of my parents, I enlisted in the army at the age of 18, which started my military career. In 1987, he served in the Air Force Radar Sixth Regiment and served as Chief of the Barracks Unit. After I was discharged from the army, the state arranged for me to work in the Mawei District Public Security Bureau. In 1992, he embarked on the road of doing business, starting from the stone manufacturing industry, to investing in setting up factories and engaging in export trade. After 28 years of struggle, the company and the scale of operation have continued to grow and develop. Today's achievements are inseparable from the education and cultivation of the party and the army over the years. The life of the army has forged my character and tempered my will. "The poor do not forget to follow, the rich do not forget the origin" is the life creed I have always upheld. I think for individuals, regardless of their ability, they must have a grateful heart and know how to repay their families and society. Only by not forgetting their original intentions can they be successful. For enterprises, the development of an enterprise is inseparable from the support of society, and enterprises should have a sense of social responsibility while creating wealth. I hope to practice the social responsibilities and responsibilities of private enterprise operators in the new era with practical actions.
The soil and water in my hometown is something I can't put down anywhere I go. Since 1993, with the development of investment enterprises in various places, from tens of thousands of donations to now leading the company to contribute money to build village roads, parks, auditoriums, nursing homes and charity associations for the hometown, the total donations have nearly exceeded 8 million yuan. . Every time I walk home, I am very relieved to see the village look getting better and better. At the same time, we also actively participate in the government's "Glorious Cause Poverty Alleviation" work, donating 50,000 yuan each year to the needy households in the village to celebrate the Spring Festival.
Helping college students from poor families to successfully complete their studies is also our key charity project. We have donated grants to the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions for many times, helped poor college students, and donated college scholarships for the children of Leifeng Group Corporation!
We not only do charity work in our hometown, but also hope to spread the seeds of charity to all parts of the country. From 2006 to 2011, the amount of charity donated to Huaian, Jiangsu amounted to 800,000 yuan. In 2008, for the shocking Wenchuan earthquake, we donated 600,000 yuan for disaster relief. I always believe that love and warmth can make up for the wounds of the soul, so that the people in the disaster area have enough courage to face the disaster.
In 2020, the pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus is raging around the world. At a critical moment, in the face of the epidemic, we donated 200,000 yuan to Tingjiang Town Charity Federation as soon as possible to help Tingjiang Town, Mawei District, Fuzhou City to fight against the new coronavirus pneumonia. It then responded to the government's call to produce masks across borders. The first 100,000 masks we produced were donated to the Mawei District People's Government, hoping to make a modest contribution to the resumption of work and production for enterprises and schools.
Hard work, forging ahead, focusing on the main business, and doing good public welfare are the future directions of our enterprise. Public welfare should be the core value of the company's long-term development and adherence. There is a saying, "Give someone a rose, and the hand has a lingering fragrance".
